A: Yes! New for 2026, all Safari packages include Festival Passes. Tent, Tent Lounge Combo, and BYO RV packages have a choice of Corral Pit, C1, C2, C3, or Rhinestone Saloon. Yurt and Residence packages have a choice of Guest Passes or C1. All pass types are limited and subject to availability.
Q: Can you mail our Safari Passes?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to mail out any Safari Passes. We will have an on-site check-in where these will be redeemed. Please stay tuned for all check-in details as we near closer to the event.
Q: What will I receive in the mail?
A: You will receive from AXS your Safari parking pass and festival pass included in your package.

This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event. The festival wristbands and parking pass will be mailed to the original purchaser who must provide them to the new guest.

A guardianship is a legal relationship created when a person or institution is assigned by the court to take care of minor children. Children of all ages must have the same ticket type as adults to camp in Safari.
