Hotel Packages

While the Stagecoach Festival is all-ages, our partnering hotels do have age restrictions. For most hotels, you must be 18+ to check-in while your guests can be under 18. Select hotels are 21+, please check your specific package details before purchasing.

Three-night packages check in on Friday, April 24th and check out on Monday, April 27th.

Stagecoach Shuttle pick-up/drop-off zones will be in convenient locations throughout the valley; however, the exact location will be provided closer to the festival lineup announcement. The shuttle is not guaranteed to pick-up/drop-off at your specific hotel, and you may need to walk or rideshare to the closest stop.

Yes! There is the 20% Down Payment Plan. The default option is to be paid in full, so if you would like to utilize the Payment Plan you will need to select it at check out. See details below.

No, hotel packages cannot be listed or purchased through the waitlist.

Your festival wristband and Stagecoach Shuttle passes will be mailed to you closer to the event date by AXS.

Seating assignments will begin in the Spring of 2026 prior to wristband shipments being mailed out.

You may log into your Easol Account to update your shipping address.

To accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 1-888-833-1031 or info@valleymusictravel.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to check into the room on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the festival. The festival wristbands and shuttle passes will be mailed to the original purchaser who must provide them to the new guest.

Please note, alternate pick-ups may be authorized for free through Wednesday, February 25th. There will be a $100 fee for adding an alternate pick-up person after this date. Alternate pick-ups can be processed in advance through Valley Music Travel up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. After Friday, April 10th, no alternate pick-ups will be allowed.

Room upgrades are not available through Valley Music Travel. If you would like to upgrade your room type, we suggest that you contact the hotel directly to confirm availability and upgrade pricing. Guests are responsible for confirming all details and paying the hotel directly for all associated upgrade charges. Please note: your name will not be in the hotel’s reservation system until much closer to the event, so you will need to wait until then to request an upgrade.

To add additional nights to your travel package, you will need to book those nights directly with the hotel. Please note, the front desk will most likely not have your Hotel Package reservation information yet.

Once you’ve booked the additional night(s), please reach out to our Guest Services team at info@valleymusictravel.com with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.

Hotel occupancy is based on the package sold, for either two, three, or four guests. We cannot allow additional people above the package occupancy to occupy the rooms.

Please contact our Guest Services team after purchasing and we will do our best to put you next to, or as close as possible to, your friends. Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you call. Please note: proximity requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Standard hotel check-in times apply and are often not guaranteed until 3pm or 4pm. Our hotel contacts have assured us that they will do everything in their power to get our guests’ rooms ready as early as possible, however it is unlikely that a hotel check-in would occur prior to 12pm. If you would like to head to the festival before your room is ready, the hotel will gladly hold your luggage until you return from the festival that evening.

All hotel packages include Stagecoach Shuttle passes to take you to the festival and back each day. Stagecoach Shuttle pick-up/drop locations will be at convenient stops in the valley; however, the exact location and shuttle timing will be provided in the pre-event email we send about 1 week before your check-in date. Please note: not all hotels will serve as a direct Stagecoach Shuttle pick-up stop and you may need to walk or rideshare to the closest shuttle pick-up location.

Shuttle passes are not transferable and cannot be reissued if lost. Once you have it in hand, it should be treated as cash, and you must pay to replace it, pending availability.

While we have taken many precautions to circumvent festival traffic, we cannot account for area traffic or weather delays. We have several routes to and from the grounds that avoid most festival traffic and will get you there and back as quickly as possible. Peak shuttle times going to the festival are from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and peak times leaving the festival are from 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM. If you are riding during these times, you may experience extended wait times. Our number one priority is to get all guests safely to and from their destination.
