Corral Reserved Seating C1 Passes Include:
A C1 reserved seat* in front of the Mane Stage (behind Corral Standing Pit) *NOTE: Your exact seat location will be provided closer to the event.
Access to all General Admission areas.
Access to Saloon** standing room only areas on both sides of the Corral.
Access to the Corral Saloon** located south of the Mane Stage with additional amenities/perks such as:
Specialty food & drink vendors.
Multiple closer restrooms banks + limited air-conditioned restrooms.
Shaded seating areas.
Full (cashless) cash bars.
Grab & go food & drink options.
No Blankets or Chairs permitted in this area.
Access to the expansive Rhinestone Saloon** located north of the Mane Stage featuring:
Shaded seating areas.
Specialty food & drink vendors.
Bleachers for additional seating.
Closer restrooms w/ limited air-conditioned restrooms.
Satellite festival merch booth.
Full (cashless) cash bars.
No Blankets or Chairs permitted in this area.
Access to the Rose Garden Saloon** located adjacent to the Palomino stage featuring:
Shaded hang areas; trees, a beautiful rose garden.
Additional food and beverage offerings.
Limited flushing restrooms.

This is a Standing Room Only area.
Take home your commemorative Souvenir seat Sunday night after the closing act. Color may vary.

All orders are non-refundable and non-transferable, per our purchase policy.
For Hotel Package guests, event wristbands and Stagecoach Shuttle passes will be mailed to you by AXS in advance closer to the event date.
If you cannot attend the event or if you purchased as a gift: please note, hotel name changes may be authorized for free through Wednesday, February 25th, 2026. There will be a $100 fee for adding a hotel name change after this date. Name changes can be processed in advance through Valley Music Travel up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. After Friday, April 10th 2026 no alternate pick-ups will be allowed.
The Stagecoach Shuttle pick-up/drop off zones will be at convenient locations in the valley; however, the shuttle is not guaranteed to pick-up directly from your hotel and you may need to walk or rideshare to the closest shuttle stop. Exact locations will be provided as we get closer to the festival lineup announcement.

Payment Plans
20% Down Payment Plans are available for Hotel Packages!
The default option is to be paid in full, so if you would like to utilize the Payment Plan you will need to select it at check out. See details below:
20% down + up to 4 Installment payments, collected monthly from the date of purchase.
*Note once a purchase is made and a Payment Plan is entered, the down payment percentage and the number of monthly installments will not change. However, the down payment percentage and the number of a monthly installments offered for new Package purchases is subject to change. Be sure to check the Payment Plan policy if you plan to make a Package purchase in the future.
Payment Plans Available until September 30th, 2025
All final payoff dates are December 15, 2025 (defaults are cancelled after 14 days)
A $50 payment plan fee will be charged on top of 20% down payment
If payment on an installment fails, your card will automatically be charged again 7 days later. If that second attempted charge fails, you will be automatically charged 7 days after that. If that third attempted charge fails, your order will be cancelled.
Defaulted Hotel Package Payment Plans will result in cancellation of package and are subject to a $50 per item re-stocking fee. No exceptions.
